We do not accept ATM cards. We accept valid personal checks. Please do not mail us cash. Shipping and Handling We ship all domestic orders daily, Tuesday through Friday, via UPS. For UPS Shipping information, go to their Website. Other domestic shipping options include FedEx and the USPS, however a $10 Handling Fee is added to the Shipping cost. You can also call or e-mail us about any other shipping questions, including questions concerning international orders. Return Policy We will grant an exchange or issue a refund for the full cash price of the item(s) under specific circumstances. Return items must meet these conditions: You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. It must be clean, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must include all original tags, packaging, and instructions. It must include a copy of the original sales receipt. Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special Orders (merchandise that we do not normally stock) may or may not be returnable. Restocking fees may apply. For more details, ask us when placing order. For liability reasons, climbing ropes and climbing hardware are non–returnable. Closeout or Sale Items There are NO returns or exchanges for "Closeout" or "Sale" items. Privacy Statement We do not sell, lease, or rent your e–mail address or any of your personal information.
